Payment and Insurance
Location payment in full. Buttonwillow Land & Cattle Co. (BLACCO)/Tracy Ranch Inc./Gooselake Holding named as “additional insureds” on film company’s liability policy and copy of endorsement provided. Film company’s endorsement will also contain waiver of subrogation causing filming company’s policy to be primary and BLACCO/Tracy Ranch Inc./Gooselake Holding insurance policies excess over film company’s policies. FILMING WILL NOT COMMENCE UNTIL THESE CONDITIONS ARE MET AND POLICY CHECKED BY OUR ATTORNEY AND INSURANCE AGENT.
FAILURE TO SHOOT: Location fees will not be returned unless shooting precluded by an Act of God.
